- Try to have a balanced diet that includes whole grains, vegetables, lean meat, fruits and limit as much as possible products with a high content of sugar (sweeteners, corn syrup, and sugar), preservatives as well as fats.
- Establish a meal program so that you try to eat each meal around the same time every day. Hectic meal programming can lead to digestive issues and lower levels of energy.
